4. Order Process
WhatsApp Orders
- Orders are processed exclusively through WhatsApp
- You must provide complete and accurate order information
- Order confirmation is done via WhatsApp
- Orders are subject to availability confirmation
Important: An order is not considered confirmed until you receive express confirmation from Café Papamín via WhatsApp.
5. Return and Refund Policy

🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, taste dissatisfaction, or any customer personal reason.
✅ LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
We only accept returns for product defects:
- Product damaged during shipping
- Factory defective product
- Incorrect product sent (our error)
- Expired or spoiled product
📦 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Time limit: You must report the problem within 48 hours of receipt
- Evidence required: Clear photos of product and packaging
- Sealed product: Coffee must be in its original unopened packaging
- Shipping costs: Customer pays all return shipping costs
💰 REFUND PROCESS
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Only the product cost is refunded, NOT shipping costs
- Refund method will be the same as the original payment
